		*Office of Resident Programs:* The provide quality social, educational and cultural programs for all residents, the NRMHA established this full time department in 1991. The primary goal of the department is to provide residents with the skills and tools to become upwardly mobile in society. *Family Self-Sufficiency Program:* The family Self- Sufficiency Program (FSS) assists low income families to become economically independent by linking them to services and education programs which will enable a family to support themselves without government assistance other than for housing.
