Elisa Singer has served as Chairman of the Board of the New Rochelle Municipal Housing Authority since June 2009. She previously served as a Commissioner from 2001 to 2009. Prior to her appointment to the Board, Ms. Singer spent 20 years working in the field of urban planning in New York City in the Mayor’s Office of Midtown Enforcement, the NYC Department of Consumer Affairs, and as an environmental consultant at AKRF, Inc. She holds a BA in American History from Barnard College and a Master of Urban Planning from CUNY’s Hunter College. Ms. Singer has lived with her husband and two children in New Rochelle since 1995. She and her husband own and operate T-square Design Consultants, a store design studio in New Rochelle. Guest Speakers:
